Mask production line has 23-layer surgical mask production line, 23-d protective mask production line, 1 cup-shaped mask production line, the monthly production capacity of more than 25 million pieces. Sichuan Shuer Medical Devices Co.,Ltd. is located in Chengdu High-tech Zone, China. The company was founded on April 12,1999. Specializing in the mask and its raw materials research and development and production, the existing staff of 108 people, including 4 PhDs, 2 Masters, 15 R & D personnel. We have advanced automatic production equipment, strict production process management and improve the quality assurance system.
Shuer medical has 4 melt-blown production lines and 2 non-woven production lines. The monthly production capacity can reach over 400 tons. In addition has 2 3-layer surgical face mask production line, 2 3D protective mask production line, 1 cup-shaped mask production line. The monthly production capacity can reach more than 25 million pieces.
Our QC team will conduct 100% strict inspection on every product delivered to customers to ensure that the products fully meet the production technical standards and customer requirements.
Our laboratory has complete testing equipment. All product parameters such as bacterial filtration efficiency, particle filtration efficiency, breathable resistance, etc.
